1467.0. "Repeat events generated on unix console" by CHEFS::LONG_J () Wed Jan 15 1997 07:00
We are running PCM 1.6-100 on VMS which is monitoring a mixture of VMS
and Digital Unix consoles.
We are experiencing problems with the Unix consoles where they seem to
be repeating.
This means that messages are displayed more than once and therefore
produce more than one event.
Ihave attached the extract from 14 January from 18:00 to midnight and
you can see that it looks like the console has been refreshed, thereby
actioning the event again.
We have tried, as you can see, sending time stamps to the console to try
and move it on and stop this happening, but this not working.
Any suggestions?
