All the enable system associated with the Child 7 are in the status ? UNKNOW.
Nothing appears in the Child7 log files.
In the daemon.log we got:

Dec 12 08:25:44 gsux90 POLYCENTER Console Manager[9652]: POLYCENTER Console Mana
ger - Version V1.6-309 - Console Controller Daemon : Child Controller (index = 7
) abnormally exited, status 24

This Child is not restarted by consoled. The only way to the customer is to
shutdown and startup PCM.

The status 24 is a status Unix or PCM ?
If it's UNIX , that means "Too many open files"
Is it really "Too many file descriptors opens" or is it this process that tries
to exceeded the maximum number of attached regions in share memory. ?

Is anybody seen this problem ?
How can we troubleshoot it ?

Any help will be appreciate

Laurent
