1435.0. "ports showing up as disabled" by SSDEVO::WICK (Barry Wick) Wed Dec 04 1996 10:47

    We're running PCM V1.6 with VAX/VMS V7.0.  A couple of our ports
    are coming up as disabled - port open failed.  Doesn't appear what
    we do, we're unable to reenable the port.  We've tried restarting
    PCM, resetting the terminal server, and rebooting the host node.
    
    Has this problem been seen before and any recommended solutions?
