    Customer reported problems with MB3 node info, using a C3 gui displayed
    from a DUNIX/PCM 1.6ECO2 machine to a VMS 5.4 machine.
    
    He said all the other buttons worked just fine, the 3rd mouse button
    was flakey in that sometimes a 1/2 depression would get the pulldown
    other times nothing, other times the whole c3 interface would die.
    
    HE says he has no problem with mb3 on the VMS machine using other
    windows applications, so we don't beleive it to be a physical problem
    with the mouse.
    
    HE also stated that MB3 worked fine with the other popup menus in
    C3, it was just the node specific MB3 pulldown that would not work.
    
    Any ideas?
