Hi, There is a customer reported that when adding a new user in "console edit" and then "console reconfigure" will give several empty CONSOLE_CFG.DAT files in console$data directory. According to the customer he only "console reconfigure" once, but several empty CONSOLE_CFG.DAT files created. I try it myself in our system but cannot reproduce the problem. I don't know why. Are there anybody face similar things before? Any ideas? The PCM version is V1.6-100. Kenneth Leung

Kenneth, Can't say for sure that I "know" of that problem however... Your customer needs to be upgraded to "V1.6-201" as soon as possible (ECO2). The ECO2 kit (CONSOLEECO2016) is available on the TIMA servers.
