Hello,
I am looking for software running on Digital Unix that I could
use to send a message on a pager or phone to somebody if a specific
event occurs on a system.
Do you have any idea?

The old DECAlert product, now owned by Target Systems, has a robust
paging application. I *think* they market it as part of their
HOTLINE help desk software suite.
