Hi,
Can any one give any advise/help on the following customer situation; perphas
I must open another IPMT log.
My customer has the environment:
- Alpha 2100 4/275
- Digital UNIX v3.2C.
- Polycenter Console Manager V1.6 ECO2
Problem 1:
Sometimes consoled child process dies on his system.
We has an ipmt log with this problem.
Workaround 1:
Until any solution, the customer has disbale all console, and events are working
in other system (AXP with OpenVMS 6.2).
Problem 2:
Now, with the Workaround 1, the consoled process uses lots of CPU and I/O
but provides no output.
Stoping the PCM, and the consoled process continue in the system. She needs to
kill consoled process for to stop all PCM.
Can anybody help me, with problem 2 ?.
