1354.0. "Extract/review not working correctly" by CHEFS::WILLS_A (Andrew Wills) Tue Aug 13 1996 05:47

    Hello,

          I have a customer with the following configuration:

    OSF 3.2C
    PCM V1.6 ECO 1

    They have reported the following problem with PCM.

    When then select extract/review for any of their managed systems, and
    select timestamping of log entries, log information is scrolled in the
    log window without stopping. When the scroll has finished, the log
    window is deleted immediately.

    If timestamp is not selected, then the log window scrolls information 1
    screen at a time, pausing for the user to enter return to continue with
    the next page, ie it works correctly

    Regards,

    Andrew
