1314.0. "PCM crashing on OSF 3.2-D" by CHEFS::WILLS_A (Andrew Wills) Tue Jun 04 1996 10:07
Hello,
I'm having a few problems with PCM.
I'm running it on a AlphaStation 200 4/233 system, 96 Mbytes of
memory 256Mbytes of swap space and OSF 3.2-D.
The PCM version I'm using is V1.6-125 (according to the console -E
response).
The maxusers parameter is set to 512, and maxuprc is set to 150.
I'm monitoring less than 30 nodes.
I'm also running netview on the same machine.
The C3 interface regularly gets blown away, leaving the connected
console dxterms OK. PCM has also frozen up on me, the C3 interface
having to be stopped via a kill -9.
I've had no problems with Netview at all.
Any hints?.
Thanks in advance,
Andrew
