Hi, a customer is running PCM V1.6-207 and is experiencing the following problem : At some time, no more events are received. OSCint is running on his OpenVMS ALPHA V6.2. When the problem occurs, a process OSCint is waiting for writing in a mailbox. This mailbox shoulb be read by console notify, but when doing sda> sh proc/chan this mailbox has disappeared. The only way to restart is to : restart PCM and OSCint. Is this a known problem ? This occured already with V1.6-201. I'm waiting for a dump if this can help. Maria.

You can find the dump in ... rivoli::dsa0:[pcm]sysdump_ato.dmp (rivoli 47.115). I had some problem to zip this file so its size is 182312. Should I IPMT too ? Rgs, Maria. | |||||

Unfortunately, this is a dumpstyle=1 dump and I'm not sure you will find the necessary informations in it. We asked the customer to prepare a full dump. I will give you another pointer as soon as the problem occurs again. Maria. | |||||
