1268.0. "How to print a multiligne window ?" by JOBURG::LUCOTTE () Sun Apr 14 1996 16:31

    Hello,

    I have two questions regarding Console manager on Digital Unix
    and Event logging.

    1.
    I need to save in file (Postscript or word) the contain of a multiligne
    window. This is asked by a customer who wants to write a report
    containing examples of the messages that he receive on the various
    multiligne windows which have been defined.
    Do you know the easiest way to do it?

    2.
    When moving the the slider bar with my mouse (on context start or
    count) I cannot choose an exact number but only 8, 16 etc..
    How is it possible to have any number ?

    Thank you, Didier

    Dider,
    1) Use print screen and save it into a file (DOne that for
    presentations)

    2) If you move the slider bar to approximately what you want, then
    click either side of it it goes up, or down, in single units.
