1251.0. "ECO 2 for Unix...?" by 47376::TESTA (POLYCENTER = Integration Mirage !?!) Mon Mar 25 1996 09:16

    Hello,

I have a question about ECO 2 of PCM for Digital Unix:

    is there available?
or is it only for VMS?.

    Thanks a lot.

    Regards

So how do get them tima? Why can't we just get them on PCMSVR::CM$KIT: ?

Yes, the PCM V1.6ECO2 is now available from TIMA. I've asked
engineering to copy the kit over to our PCMSVR::CM$KITS: public
    directory.

You will find the release notes in this directory as well, once they
    are copied over.

Thanks to all for your patience. We know you would rather wait a few
weeks and have a better quality product to work with :-)

The ECO2 is now available via PCMSVR::CM$KITS:. The CM$KITS disk was full so
I had to make a searchlist out of CM$KITS. I am not the system manager for
PCMSVR so this is only a stopgap.

The fatal controller error is back on the OpenVMS kit - may be the disk
didn't get fixed from last time!

I have contacted the system manager for PCMSVR to fix this and
other reported problems accessing PCMSVR and the PCM notesfile.

This is repeatable, I get 7232 blocks of the .A saveset then the copy dies.
I've also received fatal controller errors on .C and .D.

I have just logged the call , seems like the controller for
    the DKA devices is dead.
