I've got a customer who is has purchased PCM. There is a particular
system manager in this organisation who wants to write his own code and
replace much of the PCM functionality.
The customer problem that needs fixing is :-
When an event is filtered in PCM and a notification is sent/paged this
will be repeated if the event happens again, eg disk hitting 90% full.
The customer wants the first event paged but not the subsequent ones,
until mannually cleared.
The customer wants to ignore all repeat events until it is cleared by
a system manager/operator. Can this be done in PCM?
I've looked in what I think are the obvious places for an answer but
please feel free to point me in another direction.
Thanks

OSCint can do this for you, by using the OXF functionality Shaun | |||||

To add to what -1 said, you can also write an event pre-processor to do
this using the PCM API.
