PCM 1.6 SPD explains that PCM requires at least 32MB of memory and if you plan to connect more than one console, more memory will be required. Our customer would like to know how much memory he need for connecting 4 consoles to an Alpha Station 200 running PCM 1.6 with OpenVMS 6.2 Any input or samples will be very helpfull! Thanks in advance, Teresa

There is no hard and fast rule for the amount of memory per system. ALpha VMS requires more memory to begin with. Personally, I would not configure any Alpha with less than 64 megs which will be plenty for your environment. Regards, Dan | |||||
