    Hi,
    
    I have a customer running OpenVMS V6.2 on a VAX 4000, they have just
    upgraded to PCM V1.6 ECO1.
    
    The problem is with the Eventlist window menus, The eventlist window file 
    menu only has 'Quit' and 'Exit' highlighted. The other options are always 
    unavailable even on a fully priv'd account. The eventlist window is 
    started interactively.
    
    I'm new to PCM so any help would be appreciated
