	Hi,

One customer has initiated an archive command :

$ console archive/keep=48 

The archiving was OK for his 5 systems... but at the end he found that
CONTROLLER_001 was in LEF state, and soon after that, it crashes with ACCVIO.

Here is the contents of the CONTROLLER_01.LOG  :

      but PCM was up since 11 days ???)

The customer has already installed NSI_111 patch for other problems.
Is this one already known ( OpenVMS/VAX 6.1)  ??

I don't want to make him install the CFS_33122 patch "just to see" if it solves
this problem.
Can you give me some information, please ??
