1114.0. "assign systems to specific Console Ctrl" by 59282::F_MONETTE (Network consultant - Montreal) Fri Dec 01 1995 14:38

    Hello,

Is there a way to assign systems to a specific Console CTRL process or
it takes the first 16 systems (in alphabetic order) to the first Console
crtl process and so on ?

The reason I'am asking this is because the customer has a cluster of
three nodes (VAx 6600) and he wants to be sure that if one console
process failed or is not working or overloaded for any reasons, He
doesn't want to loose the access to the others Vaxcluster members left.
The VAx's are called TS1,TS2 and TS3 meaning that they will use the
    same console ctrl process.

    Thank you for your help

    Francois

There is no way to do this at this time. Submit a request for
enhancement to Rae Kung-Collier at MUZICK::KUNG.
