Hi,
I'm just about to move my Console manager system to an Alpha box. Can
I use the configuration data file from the Ultrix system, or do I
have to recreate everthing.

What operating system? I'm going to assume OSF so all you will need to
do is MAKEDEV all the LAT ports. You will need to export the database
and move the port file over to the OSF box and then import via the
PCM config editor.
