We are have trouble starting the daemons with PCM.
We are running VAX 3100 with VMS and have recently installed
console 1.6 and the eco 1.6
The following output is from console$daemon.com
with console$debug on
Any suggestion would be appreciated

| I also have this problem (VAX 3100, VMS 6.2)
and the message about the global section :

The OPCOM message says it all - you have no hosts defined in the
database. You need to create config.
