    Hello,
    my customer have problem on Extract/Review function. He has the 1.6
    ECO1 of PCM on OSF 3.2.
    
    No problem extracting on file from Motif interface, but when he tries
    to extract on video the scrolling is too fast and the window disappears
    immediatly. Have you any suggest about it? Is it normal?
    
    ...again!
    
    Same customerneeds to restart frequently Console Manager environment to
    reactivate normal functions and event collection. I had posted here
    time ago questions about without reply. Is this problem caused from owr
    configuration? Isn't there anyone with same problem?
