Hi,
Seems that another customer encountered a very similar problem with the
Controller process.
The first event that occured was that the Decserver on which the OPA0 are
connected was down a few minutes...
Within PCM, messages were clear about the fact that the systems were
not connectable any more : correct.
But then the Controller process dies and here is the contents of the log file:

Hi,
I have about 4 customers with the same problem, where the Console
Controller Daemon crashes with a ACCVIO at various VA and PC address
ranges. This problem has been reported to Engineering with CFS # 32522
This appears to be closed with a VAX patch kit produced.
I have tried to test this on a AXP machine but are not AXP images;
%DCL-W-ACTIMAGE, error activating image CONSOLE$IMAGE:CONSOLE$CONTROL
-CLI-E-IMGNAME, image file DKA200:[CONSOLE.][IMAGES]CONSOLE$CONTROL.EXE;5
-IMGACT-F-NOTNATIVE, image is not an OpenVMS Alpha image
Will there be a AXP/VMS kit released ?
Regards,
Niguel Brooks
