     Problem.  V6.1 VMS and V1.6 PCM.  Since upgrading to version 1.6 PCM
     the console output device fails.
    
     CONSOLE RECORD/OUTPUT=TXB15:/SPEED=4800/WIDTH=132 A,B,C,D
    
     Device is online and the connection has been proven.  No PCM console
     messages are getting to the printer.  They four nodes sending messages
     to this printer.  None report.
    
     suggestions???
