1013.0. "VCS 32-node limit hard coded?" by 32977::LEONARD (Paid to play) Thu Sep 28 1995 17:09
I am in the process of upgrading three customer VCS systems to PCM. The
customer has the need to monitor an additional 4 systems from one of the
VCS's that already is at the 32 node limit... of course, they need this
before I can humanly have the upgrade finished and tested.. Another
Digital consultant has told them that if they load the additional
licenses, and if the box has enough CPU power, they will be able to
monitor the additional systems, for a total of 36 nodes, from VCS.
Will this work?

| Jane,
no VCS was hardcoded to manage a maximum of 32 consoles.
