	I have just spoken with a customer who is running V1.6-110 and is 
having problems with "LOCKED SYSTEMS".  He will connect to a system and the 
C3 will display the lock but upon disconnecting or specifically unlocking 
the console from the C3 - the icon display is not changed.  Reconnects to the 
console are possible but the C3 display just doesn't seem to get updated.

	In note #857.1 it seems that there was/is an issue with lock/unlock.  
Was it addressed in the V1.6-110 release kit?
