	Hi,

PCM was upgraded from V1.5 to V1.6.

PCM is running on a VAXstation 4060.

The number of serviced systems is 90.

When using C3, DECW$SERVER_0 is taking 100% CPU so the graphical interface 
is unusable.

Same pb when using local ou decnet transport (display decwindows)

It works if the display is on an ULTRIX machine.

Is that caused by the number of systems ? Would it be worthwhile to use groups ?

Has anybody seen this behaviour on a customer site ?

I asked the customer to install DFGECO01021.

	Maria, We've seen a problem in that if there are any vertical lines, it will cause to C3 to have very sluggish behavior. Ask the customer to delete any vertical lines and see if that fixes the problem. We do not know why this causes a problem. Dave
