The VCS product had only one location for the site diagram information.
The PCM product seems to allow each user of the product, even though
they share the same database, to have his/her own set of attributes for
how the diagram is displayed on the C3 window.
Is it possible that there is a logical that can be set up so all PCM
users get their diagram attributes frm the same source ?
Maintenance of the diagram, for us, will be a little easier if it was
consolidated in one location.

Yes there is. Move the file into a common area, I use the
CONSOLE$APP_DEFAULTS: directory, and define the logical
CONSOLE$USER_DEFAULTS
to point to the directory e.g.,
DEFINE/SYSTEM CONSOLE$USER_DEFAULTS CONSOLE$APP_DEFAULTS:
