Hallo,

Is there a reason why PCM V1.6 does not install on OpenVMS V6.0

The installation checks for Version 6.1 of VMS.

    Per the SPD the minimum supported version of OpenVMS is 6.1. The
    software was built on 6.1 and if you try to run the images on 6.0
    you will receive an image ident mismatch error.
