Hello all Please help this intellectually challenged individual. I have a customer with PCM 1.5 MUP1. Using the C3 interface they are able to choose the Show system status menu from the menu pop-up for a node. The first time they do this it display the user name of the person using a console. If the user is 'knocked off; the console and another person connets to the console the next time a Show System Status is chosen from the menu the username of the user is NOT displayed. I can not re-create the problem but the user insists they have the exact same problem on PCM running from a OSF/1 system as well. Any clues as to why this happens, where to look etc. Thanks in Advance.

Can you tell your customer that we are coming out with a new version
very soon that has a large amount of bug fixes in it. I haven't seen
this error before, but will try to verify that the problem doesn't
exist.
