I installed 1.6-009 and configured a telnet node to use the VAXSTATION_3100.XBM icon.
I also had a second node icon for watchdog supplied by the sns software. When the C3 is
started, the icons are not loaded and only the default box is displayed. I set the xqp
debug flag and see the file is touched:

It appears the editor settings are not being used. Is this expected or have I overlooked
anything? If not expected, can we fix this?
