    I am logged into a V6.1 system and have all the privledges on the
    system.  Yet, when I perform the following commands I get privledge
    errors like this:

    No privilege to access system NPA1EM
    No Valid Systems have been specified for access by you in Database

  You may have all system privileges, but, do you have PCM privileges?

  You need to use the PCM conbfiguration editor and grant yourself access to 
  these systems. If you have already done this of course, then we may have a
  bug in our code.
