A customer production center (PSA) uses PCM with PSW and OSCint to control its
production systems. 

Previously, all was almost fine with VCS !

Since we have installed PCM, we have a lot of problems like RWMBX as known,
ACCVIO of ENS or DEAMON processes, many difficulties to restart PCM ; need many
tries because of ACCVIO or PCM 'hang' 

Context is :

VAX 7610/VMS 6.1 or AXP/VMS 6.1
PCM 1.5 + ECO 1 (cf 682.0)
OSCint V2 with
  . OSCint PSW-ENS feeder
  . OSCint TCW-ENS feeder
  . Multi-Line window (1 display TCPIP)
  . OSCint Histo Feeder
  . OSCint Repair AR
  . OSCint Oper AR (Sp�cific)
  . 3 DCL action routines

9 systems managed via LAT at the beginning, 100+ in future in a WAN TCPIP
network.

Can you help me very quickly ?

- what are parameters guidelines ?
 
- How to implement it ?
  . SYSGEN
  . PCM startup file
  . Logical Naes (which ones)
 
- How to avoid PCM hangs or ACCVIO ?

- What to do when a PCM hang accurs ?

The problems you are seeing have been reported and are being fixed in 
the V1.6 release which is currently in Field Test. Your customer is
welcome to validate that his problems are fixed by using the FT V1.6
kit ( we are hoping to freeze the kit in a couple of weeks). Please
note however if he is using OSCInt he will need an updated version
as the IPC code has been changed/improved to fix the RWMBX problems.

It is the correct location.
We are trying to get a bug out before reissuing the kit. I hope it
will be there later today.
