With 1.6-000, when a user runs the C3 detached and saves the layout from the options
menu, the saved file is SYS$LOGINCONSOLE$C3.DAT instead of CONSOLE$C3.DAT.

    We've changed the path lookup code and should be in the latest FT kit. 
    Why don't you wait until the next kit release comes out (within an day
    or two) and give it to the customer verify for us that it is working.
