I'm trying to connect via PCM to some OSF/1 systems
with the problem stated below, it used to work without
any problems. At present some are working and some not.

thanks in advance for any help.

Do you have any GROUP names setup the same as any SYSTEM names?

If you do, try removing the group name and do a shutdown and then start.
Don't do a reconfigure. This is not a solution but it may be a workaround
