    Being new to the Console Manager product I was wondering if there
    is a pre-defined set of messages for the VMS and OSF operating 
    systems which can be loaded into Console Manager. Basically I am
    looking for a template which I could then customize for my
    customer.

    Right now it appears that I must first determine every error message
    to scan for and then set up an action for all those messages. That
    could be very time consuming.

	Hill, On OPG::CM$KIT: you will find a file called VCS_TO_PCM.PORT this contains all the old VCS events and scans upgraded to PCM, this should serve as a starting point for you, a quick search of this conference will also pick out some others for products such as SLS and DECnsr.
