    I am installing V1.5 of PCM with the MUP for a customer on V6.1 of
    OpenVMS VAX.  In the DECwindows interface (C3 display) the option to
    enter line drawing mode from the OPTIONS menu is always dimmed and
    unavailable.  This is true whether edit mode is turned on or off.
    
    I can still get to line drawing by using MB3 to get the popup menu.
    From this menu all of the line drawing functions work fine.
    
    Is there some reason I can't get to it via the OPTIONS menu.
