A customer running CM 1.5 with ECO1 installed on OSF/1 has experienced problems with data being held in buffers. During the night, events are not reported from a system and when they use either the monitor or extract interface, they do not see any data for that system from a specific time. When they connect to the system, the data which was output from the system but not to CM during the night is immediately displayed and the monitor interface updated accordingly. Has this been reported before and a fix included in the mup ? Thanks, Dave.

Dave, The release notes for the MUP indicate that this is one of the problems that has been addressed, so I would get your customer to install it if I were you. Cheers, Phil

I'm helping organising getting this sent out for Dave's customer, however I'm a teensy bit concerned. The customer in question is running OSF/1 V2.0, and (assuming we're talking about the MUP detailed in 2.22-.25) I'd like to just confirm that even though it only says V1.3 on the documentation it is still valid on V2.0. Can someone confirm this asap so I can get it out there and installed ... thanks Jo.

Jo, MUP is valid for OSF V2.0. DEC policies require us to put minimum supported version, so we do. Cheers Simon...
