    Hello,
    
    I have a customer attempting to perform an EXTRACT of some HSJ
    information and gets an ACCVIO dump:
    
    Reason Mask: 1, Virtual Address: 0039300D, PC: 000716AC, PSL=0BC00004
    
    Customer had applied a new version of CONSOLE$DAEMON.EXE provided by
    to him by the center.  It appeared to initially work, but then failed
    when EXTRACTING from a "real" logfile generated by errors in the HSJ.
    Customer gets some information extracted documenting the problem and
    then the dump occurs.
    
    Any ideas,

	Susan, I dont see how a new daemon image will stop the extract image accvio'ing. Try giving the customer a new extract image, there is one in OPG::CM$KIT: Cheers, Phil
