    Hello,
    
    PCM V1.5, OpenVMS V6.1 with ECO kit installed.
    
    I need the syntax for CONSOLE DIALOG to send a turbochannel boot
    command to an AXP system, like:
    
       BOOT "3/DKA300"
    
    The AXP console needs to have the quotes sent like they are listed above.
    
    I tried commands like:
    
      SEND "BOOT """3/DKA300""""
    
    And also other alternatives like I normally use with DCL.  All I get
    sent is a null character.

  Bad news I am afraid, it looks as though we didnt cater for embedded quotes 
  in the send string, it seems to me as though this is really a bug, so leave 
  this with me, I will try and get something into the next ECO/MUP kit for you.

  The way I will try and make it work is to allow you to use something like:

SEND "BOOT "3/DKA300""

  If you like, you can test this fix for me when I have implemented it.
