Hi, Which licences are required to get bookreader under ultrix to allow access to the Polycenter console manager documentation? I have a cust who is using the product ( and obviously has the right licences ) but bookreader wont let him look at the doc's. Thanks in advance John

John, Either a valid POLY-CONSOLEMGR or BOOKBROWSER PAK should allow your customer to see the docs. Cheers, Phil | |||||

Either a valid POLY-CONSOLEMGR or BOOKBROWSER PAK should allow your customer to see the docs. On a OpenVMS V6.2 system, using V1.6-302, I have a POLY-CONSOLEMGR license loaded but can't read the book in console$books. It says I need a VAXCLUSTER-CONSOLE licence. I can see why, because on another node (same product version and same licence) I don't have a problem. However, the node that works has the bookbrowser licence loaded. Ross |
