Hi folks,
Any help on this problem will be apreciate. I'm not using PCM very
often and I find nothing about patches or whatever.
Here is the customer description problem.

From OSF/1 AXP Q2CY94 FCS Consolidated Software Distribution
I am trying to install POLYCENTER console manager on my DEC 3000/500 AXP
system.
The installation goes fine, but the editor just crashes when trying to
declare the very first system (with #console -e ), before giving any display,
the analyse of the core dump give me the following executable error:
/usr/opt/DCR150/bin/OSF/console_editm
signal Segmentation fault at [SetSelection:1221 +0xc,0x3ff80d11dc8]
I have just done a full reinstallation of the system and have the following
subsets installed (without any extra patches) (The only main customisation
could be that I am forcing 75dpi and installing only LAT + MOP for service
of DECservers 200 and 90TL).

| Sandro,
there is a patch kit for this version. We did have a couple of editor
funnies, so please put the patch up and tell us if you still have the problem.
Yuo can pull the patch kit from:
opg::cm$kit:DCROSF151.TAR
The tar file contains a setld kit.

| Hi Simon,
Sorry for the late reply.
The custumer aplied the patch but it doesn't fix the problem.
He tells me also that the console -E command (line mode ) works
fine.
Do we need to define a special editmode variable ?
Any ideas ?
