404.0. "PCM wont start on AXP" by OPCO::TSG_SJM (Coming live to you from Rosebery) Thu Sep 15 1994 02:52
    I am running PCM V1.5 on a cluster of 2 x 7000-630 running Alpha V6.1,
each node has 1Gb of memory. Whenever I start PCM the notify and
deamon processes start up, but the control processes don't.

    2020013D Console Notify LEF 5 193 0 00:00:00.27 385 376

After a while both of these processes also die. Entering CONSOLE C3,
    gives the following dump.

    STEVE_A46 console c3
    %SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=00, virtual address=00000000, PC=80554178, PS=0000001B

Improperly handled condition, image exit forced.
