This is known problem in the IVP for V1.5, it is fixed for the
patch kit we will be releasing next week.
This problem will not stop your installation from working, so
you should carry on and use the product.

Oh, it's known problem, and we can use the Console Manager!
But I can't setup(not install) it. I type the command, 'console -e',
select the menu 'System...', 'create'. So Application window goes
down. But it's good using 'console -E'.
Is this known bug or problem? Am I doing the wrong operation?

sorry for the delay in replying, Phil asked to look at this
yesterday, but I got sidetracked.
What you are doing is correct, so we seem to have a problem.
Please could you tell me if you got any error messages when the window
disappeared ( in the window from which you started the editor).
could you just do me a favour and sum a couple of files for me as
well.
sum /usr/opt/DCR150/bin/OSF/console_editm
sum /usr/opt/DCR150/lib/X11/uid/OSF/console_editm_en_US.uid
sum /usr/opt/DCR150/lib/X11/uid/OSF/console_editm_en_GB.uid
