391.0. "Accvio from DECwindows on action on despatch" by 60600::PARSONS (Which Space Corps Directive ?) Tue Sep 06 1994 03:44

Anyone seen this before ? Customer with PCM 1.1 is getting the
    following accvio

    X Toolkit Warning: Urm_CW_ConvertValue: Couldn't convert identifier
    'CM_K_TaApply' - MrmNOT_FOUND
    %SYSTEM-F-ACCVIO, access violation, reason mask=00, virtual address=
    000C0054, PC=0072C138, PS=0000001B

Improperly handled condition, image exit forced.
      Signal arguments: Number = 00000005
                          Name   = 0000000C
                                   00000000
                                   000C0054
                                   0072C138
                                   0000001B

They say they get this accvio using the DECwindows interface when
they try to select or modify an "action to depatch".

Attempting the same operation from the DCL interface works without
    problems.

Are you sure the customer has V1.1 and not V1.5, also, is this AXP

If this is V1.5 and AXP, then this is a known problem, copy
OPG::CM$KIT:CONSOLE$EDITM.UID_AXP to your customers site and place
it in DECW$SYSTEM_DEFAULTS: as CONSOLE$EDITM.UID and all should be
  well.

Cheers,
Phil

It was AXP. It was V1.1 not V1.5.

Customer is upgrading to V1.5 now. Assuming they see the same problem
I'll copy the file mentioned in .-1 to the customer.

    Thanks,
