Note 49.2 No Automatic Reset of Icon Color - Help! 2 of 2

Here is the exact sequence of steps where the icon color does not
automatically reset to GREEN/CLEAR using the PSW ILL trigger:

    1) Enable the C3 Event Characteristics "Keep highest priority until
    cleared" option.

    2) Issue SET LOGINS/INTER=3 on client.

    3) Multi-line event text switches to purple color (MAJOR) and so does icon.

    4) Issue SET LOGINS/INTER=64 on client.

    5) Multi-line event text switches to green color (CLEAR) but icon stays
purple instead of switching to GREEN/CLEAR again.

Is this a bug in PCM?

    Please advise.

    			\Thanks in Advance

    	Tom,

You need to customize your multi line window.
To to this click on options and choose general.
Activate the "Use Latest Priority Color", save your
    	settings and recreate the window.

    	Hope this helps.

    	Rgds,

Tom,

The "Keep highest priority until cleared" option means Keep the highest
priority until the C3 user clears, and NOT keep until a clear event
occurs!! So the behaviour you are seeing is the intended one and is
not a bug. We will look at changing this for a future release.

Cheers,
Phil
