362.0. "TPU editor from CONNECT window" by CSC32::N_SCHENK () Wed Aug 24 1994 16:18

    Hello,

Using the TPU editor from a CONNECT window produces some bizarre
cursor movement. When moving the cursor around in the TPU editor,
the cursor is really not where you think it is unless you are
continually refreshing the screen with a CTRL/W.

This is reproducible by connecting to a serviced node and bringing
up a file into the TPU editor for modifications. While in the editor
if the cursor is at the end of a line and you hit a "arrow down" key the
cursor appears to be in column one, but if you hit a CTRL/W the cursor
is really in the same column as it was before you hit the "arrow down"
    key.

Just another little glitch discovered by a customer.

    Hi,

Is there any news on this problem. I have a customer with the
same problem. You can simulate it easy in the TPU editor.
    No problem with EDT.
Do I have to open an IPMT for this ?(or is there already one)

    Thanks in advance.

    Rgds,

Geert,

You will have to IPMT it I am afraid, I am busy with the RWMBX
problem at the moment so IPMT'ing it will ensure that this problem
doesnt get "lost".

Cheers,
Phil
