Hi, I have a customer running PCM V1.0-064 on a Decstation 5000/200 running Ultrix v4.3a. He connects and logs in successfully. He then issues a ^G to escape back to monitor (the COMMAND: prompt). When he types in a command the process hangs. The command does not execute and the only way out is to kill his process. Has anyone seen this? Thanks for your assistance! Mary Rodas

Mary, I have NOT seen this happen as you describe. As a first pass I suggest that the customer upgrades to V1.5 and sees if the problem still occurs. We had no customers report this problem during the V1.0 lifetime. Cheers Simon.... | |||||

Thanks for your response Simon! The customer will be upgrading to PCM v1.5 once he receives it. He found a workaround in that the command will execute if you press ^J after entering in the command! Strange! Thanks, Mary Rodas |
