Hello, A customer has a problem with the extract function. It seems to go into a endless loop. This was reported before against V1.1 (note 221). We are still using VCS 1.4 (and it will take a little while before consolemanager will be installed,) so I can't test this myself. The customer is using V1.5 (vms 6.1). Is this problem still there? What can cause this? What can I ask the customer to track down this problem? Do you need more information? (if yes, what?) Any help/answers will be highly apreciated. Thanks in advance. Ren�, It would be of enourmous help to us if you could obtain a copy of the customers exported database, along with the Liva and Archive data files for the system they are trying to perform an extract on. When you have this information, let me know where I can copy it from and I will take a look at it. As always, to ensure that this gets fixed in a timely manner, you should raise an IPMT case on behalf of your customer. Cheers, Phil | |||||
