| Nancy,
Your customer's concerns and complaints are understandable. We have
not tested the HSDxx but there should be no problem in using PCM.
As for the scan profiles, all I can say is that we are working on
getting our library up to date. I can't give you a definitive date,
except to say it is a top priority for us to be able to provide
our cusotmers with up to date scan profiles and to add value to PCM.

| nancy,
HSD05's sit directly on a DSSI just like an RF of TF ISE bus do
not have a console to my knowledge.
I don't beleive the HSD30 has a console either as it is similar to the HSD05.
>What are they to do but seek out other products.
I'd be rather surprised to find that other console manangement products
have any either!
Regs,
Dan

| FYI:
The HSD30 does have a console.
The next release of the firmware for the HSJ30, HSJ40, HSD30, and HSZ40 will
have a more "PCM / VCS friendly" console.
