    	Is VCS 1.4 supported on OpenVMS VAX V6.1 or must the
    	customer migrate to Polycenter Console Manager ?

  The official answer is...

  The customer MUST upgrade to POLYCENTER Console Manager
  V1.5 if they a Console Management product which is
  supported on OpenVMS V6.1
