| Try running authorize to increase the PRCLM quota to whatever you deem
necessary. There will be two subprocesses for each active connection,
monitor or review window.

| I am using v1.6 and get this message when attempting to connect using
the c3 interface. I set the prclm to 50 and still get the message
after using PCM for a while. It goes away after a reboot. I do not
understand why I am exceeding 50 there is not 30 total processes
running on the whole system (sho sys). I did look at the process quota
on some of the windows that PCM brings up and all but one were at 47
which cooresponds with reply 1 above but one was at 31, which meant it
had 19 subprocesses. A sho sys only showed 25 process total most of
which were VMS processes, where were these 19 processes?

| I forgot to mention that PCM v1.6 is running on a OpenVMS AXP system
v6.1.

SYSTEM-F-EXQUOTA, is a very general message that indicates one of the
resource quotas for *your* process has been exceeded. It *does not*
mean that we cannot create a new process on the system. Typically when
you see this message you have exhausted your BYTLM (buffer-I/O byte count
quota). Assuming you are starting the C3 interactively, you will need
to increase the BYTLM quota for your UAF record. I would also up your
PGFLQUOTA while your at it. Set your BYTLM at 150,000 and your
PQFLQUOTA at 40,000 and see how it goes.
